Privacy policy
How BPMN Assistant handles account, process and service information. Last updated 28 August 2026.
BPMN Assistant is an Acudesk product. This policy describes the information processed when you visit the website, create an account or use the BPMN Assistant application.
Information you provide
- Account details such as your organization name, name, email address and password credential.
- Process diagrams, conversations, instructions, uploaded files and workspace settings.
- Support requests, billing details and communications with the service team.
Information generated by the service
- Usage records needed to meter interactions and operate subscriptions.
- Diagram versions, edit history, governance activity and security logs.
- Technical information such as browser details, connection metadata and error diagnostics.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, process requested diagram work, manage accounts and billing, respond to support, diagnose errors and improve service reliability. Private process content is not used to train public models.
Service providers
Selected hosting, model-processing, file-storage, email and payment providers process information only for the services they supply. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored as full card data by BPMN Assistant.
Sharing and public links
Workspace content is available to authorized account users. When a user creates a public diagram link, the linked content may be accessible outside the workspace according to that link’s settings.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the account, meet legal and billing obligations, preserve requested history and maintain service security. Contact support to request account closure or ask about deletion of personal information.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements and records that must be retained. Workspace administrators can also manage user access within the product.
