Do I need to know BPMN already?
No. The people doing the work can explain it in ordinary language and inspect the resulting model. The assistant can be configured to guide novices or collaborate more concisely with BPMN experts.
What can I use as input?
You can type a message, dictate the process, or attach a PDF, screenshot, scan, photograph or hand-drawn diagram. Visual sources can be assessed and used to draft an editable BPMN model.
What is an interaction?
One typed or voice request counts as one interaction. Each document page analyzed uses three interactions; a standalone image is treated as one page.
Does the assistant's reply count again?
No. The interaction covers your request and the assistant's response.
What happens to unused monthly interactions?
Monthly plan allowances reset at the start of the next account billing period. Purchased top-ups remain available for 12 months.
When does the billing month start?
Your monthly period follows the subscription date rather than the calendar month.
Can several teams use one account?
Yes. The trial and both plans include unlimited workspaces. You can separate teams, clients or projects and assign access per workspace.
Can I work across more than one organisation?
Yes. A user can belong to multiple organisational accounts. This is useful for consultants who need to move between client environments while keeping access and process content separate.
Can I share a diagram with someone outside the workspace?
You can create controlled public links for diagrams that need wider access. Workspace and account permissions still govern the editable version.
What does governance include?
Pro includes advisory assessments for ISO 9001, GDPR, the EU AI Act and POPIA, plus sign-off requests and governance history. Assessments support internal review and do not replace professional legal, regulatory or certification advice.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial can be created without payment details.
