Top-ups are account-wide and remain available for 12 months. They supplement your monthly allowance without changing your plan.
Usage is based on work the assistant processes, not on diagram size or the number of people in the account.
One typed request or one transcribed voice request counts as one interaction. The assistant's reply does not count separately.
Each page analyzed counts as one interaction. An image is treated as one page.
A file already analyzed in the same conversation can be reused without analyzing its pages again. A file brought into a later conversation may need to be processed again.
The assistant pauses until the next monthly allowance, a top-up or a plan change. Your diagrams and conversational workspace remain available.
The trial includes 50 interactions so you can test messages, documents and diagram changes with a real process.
